Please read this agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. It outlines the legally binding terms for using Bachelors Inc. LLC matchmaking and dating services (the “Company”). By reviewing this agreement and submitting payment, you become a “Client,” defined as anyone who provides their information and participates in the service to find potential matches.
This Agreement establishes the terms under which services (the “Services”) are provided. It will remain in effect even after the termination of Client Services unless you breach any terms, which will result in immediate termination. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive the termination of Client Services. This agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if you breach any of the Terms, subject to the survival of all rights and reservations of the Company.
Bachelors Inc. LLC is a privately owned company offering professional matchmaking services. Clients are selected after a thorough interview or screening process, and the Company reserves the right to deny service for any reason. Submitting a photo or profile does not guarantee service or matches, and not all applicants will qualify. Clients are accepted only if the Company believes there is a reasonable chance of effective service, but no warranty is made regarding finding a partner, and results will vary.
Those who apply for the services offered by the Company are accepted as a Client only after the Company is satisfied that there is a reasonable probability that the service can be effective. No express or implied warranty exists that a partner can or will be found. Results will vary.
1. Eligibility to Participate in Service: You must be at least 30 years old, single, divorced, or widowed to use the Company services, which are void where prohibited. By using the service, you confirm your authority to enter into this agreement and that you have no felony convictions or sex offender registration requirements. The service is available only to U.S. residents. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed. The Company may terminate your agreement and access to services if any information is false or misleading. Services are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.
2. Payment, Term, and Termination: You agree to pay all charges for the service at the agreed prices. Payment terms depend on your chosen payment method and any agreements with your financial institution. This agreement remains in effect while you use the service, and no refunds will be issued for any fees paid. If your membership is terminated, all agreement provisions will continue to apply, except for those that are fulfilled or expired.
3. Right to Terminate Service: The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice for any breach of this agreement. If a formal complaint is filed, services will be put on hold until disputes are resolved.
4. No Warranty: The Company provides services “as is” with no express, implied, or statutory warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Client Indemnification: you agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its team, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from (i) your breach of this agreement, (ii) infringement of third-party rights through materials you submit, or (iii) actions related to your use of the service, including personal relationship decisions. This applies regardless of any party’s negligence.
6. Proprietary Rights: The Company owns all proprietary rights to its services, websites, and content, including copyrighted material, trademarks, and software. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any proprietary information without permission, except for public domain content. Bachelors Inc. is a trademark of the Company. We respect personal data and comply with relevant privacy laws, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By providing personal information, you consent to its use for building profiles and participating in our services under the Privacy Policy.
7. Client Responsibility: The Client must treat other members, clients, candidates, and the Company staff with respect. You agree to keep all members, clients, candidates, and personal information confidential and not search for potential matches on social media or elsewhere.
Interactions with Your Matchmaker: Successful matchmaker collaborations are only possible when Clients trust their matchmakers’ strategies and choices. If: (a) you consistently or repeatedly refuse an introduction to selected matches; (b) you exhibit a problematic or repeated lack of availability to either the matchmaker or to your matches; (c) matches report to us that you behaved poorly; (d) you provided false or misleading information to either us or to selected matches; (e) you consistently engage in poor conduct towards your matchmaker; or (f) you violate any of the terms of any of your agreements with us, we will work with you in good faith to try to resolve such issues promptly. However, if we are unable to resolve these issues with you, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and the agreement. You will then lose any unused matches, and you will not be entitled to a refund for the Services.
8. Online Content: Opinions, advice, or content shared through the Service reflect the views of the authors, not the Company. The Company does not guarantee any information’s accuracy, completeness, or reliability, and is not liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on such content.
9. Clients do not have the right to assign this Agreement or any of a client’s rights to the Service to anyone.
10. Your Interactions with Others: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other clients. The Company may conduct background or sex offender checks, but is not liable for the conduct of any users. The company is not responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or emotional distress resulting from your interactions or meetings. Exercise caution, especially when meeting in person or sending money, as the Company makes no guarantees of compatibility.
11. Complaints: To resolve a complaint regarding the Service, you should contact the Company immediately via e-mail or written letter.
12. Legal issues and jurisdiction: By signing this agreement, you agree that North Carolina law governs this agreement, the Company’s services, and associated websites. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by arbitration in North Carolina. Any claim related to this agreement or the services must be filed within one year or be permanently barred. By agreeing to this contract, you waive the right to a jury trial or participation in class, private attorney, or general representative actions.
13. Liability Limitation: The Company is not responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, service interruptions, or substitute service costs) resulting from the use or inability to use its services or website, even if advised of such risks. It is not liable for the actions or omissions of other users, including unauthorized ones. Participation in services by the Company is at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for the content or your experience. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations.
14. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all communications with the Company. You further agree not to disclose, share, or publish any private correspondence, including emails or messages, through online platforms or social media. Additionally, you agree not to post public reviews, make statements about your experience as a client, or reveal your status as a client to any third party without the Company’s prior written consent.

By submitting payment to become a Candidate, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed, fully understood, and agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, thereby confirming your decision to become a client of Bachelors Inc.
