AFFILIATE MATCHMAKER

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and receive feedback on their matchmaking journey.
  • Represent Bachelors Inc. at events, mixers, or online spaces to meet new high-quality singles.
  • Maintain accurate notes and ensure all matches meet our high service standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine matchmaking strategies and client experiences.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Ability to promote matchmaking services to potential candidates & clients.
  • Warm, charismatic, and intuitive with strong people-reading skills.
  • Experience in matchmaking, recruiting, hospitality, coaching, psychology, social work, or client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) who can build rapport with ease.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and candidates at once.
  • Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality are essential.

Duties

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to understand their relationship preferences, values, and aspirations
  • Curate personalized matches by analyzing client profiles, compatibility factors, and shared interests
  • Facilitate engaging introductions through virtual or in-person meetings, ensuring a comfortable experience for all parties
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clients on dating best practices, communication skills, and relationship building
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and match outcomes to refine the matching process
  • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback after introductions and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay informed about industry trends and relationship psychology to enhance matchmaking techniques

Compensation

Our entry-level Affiliate Matchmaker role is referral-based. For VIP clients you personally refer to Bachelors Inc., you will be compensated at an hourly rate for the time spent working directly with those clients, in addition to applicable commissions.

As you advance into the VIP Matchmaker position after meeting established milestones, Bachelors Inc. may provide qualified leads and assign client-facing matchmaking responsibilities.
